This made my 4th of July even better. Although I don't consider professional eating a sport, I had to post it. Kobayashi has had a contract dispute with Major League Eating, and therefore, didn't compete in yesterday's Nathan's Hot Dog Eating contest. After Joey Chestnut won the event, Kobayashi rushed the stage and was restrained by the NYPD and numerous security guards. His charges include trespassing, resisting arrest, and obstructing governmental administration. This made me laugh so hard because it was just so random and funny.
